Tekla Farms is a family friendly pick your own farm on Orcas Island specializing in heirloom organically grown blueberries, regeneratively grown flowers, and botanical designs.
We also raise Valais Blacknose Sheep to help us tend to the land and farm with natural inputs.

Tekla Farms is a destination for families who want a taste of the sweeter aspects of farm life on an idyllic island.
Locally owned and operated by Brian and Laura Torma with the help of their kids and friends!
WHAT’S IN A NAME?
Our farm name pays homage to Brian’s Grandmother, Tekla, who homesteaded and farmed in Northern Minnesota after immigrating to the US from Finland. Brian’s older brother continues to run the homestead to this day.
